Expensive looking Christmas Cushion UPCYCLE - Needle Punch Peppermint

Did someone say the first Christmas DIY of 2022? I THINK THEY DID! Heyyyy everyone! So today we're kicking off the Christmas DIY season with this cushion cover upcycle! Im so so pleased with how it has turned out and i think it will be perfect for my Christmas decor theme this year! Items and materials i used:
cushion cover - originally M&S in shade duck egg
punch needle tool - https://amzn.to/3fIFdlG (*aff - exact one i have, i used the regular size 10)
wool - https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/women%E2%80%99s-institute-cream-soft-and-chunky-yarn-100g/6017181001.html (i bought "cream" and "red")
pompom maker - homebargains (Set of 3 - £1.79)

Ok to make this upcycled cushion i basically did a needle punch peppermint swirl candy pattern by drawing around a cup and using hessian in an embroidery hoop! I then, took my chunk wool from hobbycraft with a number 10 sized needle punch. Really simple and easy to do! To seal my needle punch bits i used pva glue and just a needle and thread! I used a pompom maker from home bargains with the same wool and created some pompoms for the corners of the cushions! I went and made a half red and a half ivory pompom for each corner and love them!
