My Lao Bu Is A Good Cook (Ep 101): 碱水粽 Kee Zhang - Alkaline Glutinous Rice Dumplings

-Ingredients for 碱水粽-
Bamboo leaves
Strings
500g glutinous rice
15ml alkaline water or soda ash (yellow)
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil

厨房飘来阵阵的竹香味。
QQ弹牙的碱水粽,撒上一些红糖,更显露出它的嫩滑。微黄的光泽,围绕着浓浓的端午节气氛。
