More than 1,000 people evacuated over flooding in England

Flooding has forced hundreds of people to flee a caravan park in Northamptonshire, leaving some homeless for Christmas.

Severe weather is expected in other parts of England too: in Bedfordshire, police have advised residents near the River Great Ouse to leave their homes.

There are 93 flood warnings in place across the nation.
