Week 5 Day 4 back day is all about building strength from the ground up. Today’s workout focused on posterior chain development, grip strength, and improving pulling power with a combination of heavy compound lifts and controlled accessory work.

Workout:

* Deficit Deadlifts – 4x3
* Barbell Rows – 4x8
* Good Mornings – 3x10
* Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) – 3x13

Deficit deadlifts are one of the best ways to improve strength off the floor while reinforcing proper positioning and leg drive. Pairing them with rows, good mornings, and RDLs creates a full back and hamstring workout designed to build strength, stability, and muscle endurance.
