La Habra, CA (EB Imperial Hwy @ Harbor Bl) Funny thing . . . the officer noticed the teenage girl in the Driver Training car when he pulled along side (you can see him wiggling his fingers at her), but he was completely oblivious to the SUV as big as his that he passed within inches in the left turn lane. I hesitated as I passed the SUV and its confused looking driver, thinking the officer would turn around, but it quickly became apparent he had completely missed it.
