Epicon features a shared menu design in two modes, Manual and Auto. In Manual mode, Epicon guides the chef through a series of steps that provide complete control over an operation. Auto mode can be preprogrammed by the chef for easy recall by anyone in the kitchen, simplifying things right from the start.

With either menu, key batch data is displayed on the run screen. This feature enables anyone at any time to check important information, like start and finish temperature, chill or cook time, product name and the username assigned to the batch.
