Motorcycle Group Chase Car Road Rage

I was wondering what was going on in this stretch of road (Wyo Hwy 18) in Niobrara County on 8/16/20. Turns out the guy in the Nissan was wearing colors for the "Denver Destroyers" motorcycle group and attempting to block a family in a Lincoln Navigator from passing a group of the California Hells Angels. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish here other than an accident.
