So the insulbright can come from different companies, therefore I put a text on the screen in the video encouraging people to read directions of the insulbright that THEY are using (since I don't know what materials you have), however from the package of insulbright that I have, here are the instructions: "The metallized film in Insul-Bright reflects energy - hot&cold -back to itself. There is no right or wrong side. Cover Insul-bright with fabric before ironing. Use with at least one layer of cotton batting like Warm&Natural or Warm&White to absorb condensation."
