SOFT and chewy Cranberry COOKIES(EGGLESS) recipe

I made cranberry cookies by using orange dried cranberries. these cookies are very tasty and chewy, you can make it in no time. I blended with Almond meal for the rich texture. they are gone in an hour. Enjoy these cookies with a cup of tea. try it you will love it definitely.

Ingredients you need for SOFT AND CHEWY CRANBERRY COOKIES:
All-purpose flour- 1 cup
Dried cranberries: 1/2 cup
Almond meal - 2 tbsps
Butter or Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Baking soda- 1/4th tbsp
Vanilla essence -1 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
Brown sugar- 1/4th cup
Refind or caster sugar- 1/3 rd cup
how to make SOFT AND CHEWY CRANBERRY COOKIES : PROCEDURE:
First in a mixing bowl, add dry ingredients flour, almond meal, baking soda mix it well and keep it aside.
Now take one more mixing bowl, whisk or electric hand mixer.
Now add butter and sugars beat with the tools all together until it blends nicely, now add vanilla essence and mix it again, now start adding flour slowly make a dough.
Take one food wrap and place this cookie dough and wrap it, now keep this dough in the refrigerator for about a 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take out the cookie dough. Now preheat oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit about 15 minutes.
Now take one baking tray cover with the cookie sheet, and take your dough, start making medium size balls and press it slightly then place it on the baking tray and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take it out and place the baking tray on the cooling rack.
That's all! Now yummy mouth-watering cookies are ready to enjoy.
