Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul says law enforcement used a taser on Jacob Blake before he was shot by Kenosha officer Rusten Sheskey. Kaul also said Blake admitted to having a knife in his possession and one was found on the driver’s side floorboard of his vehicle.
