In this video I talk about 10 beginner calisthenics tips I wish someone would've told me when I first started. Some of the concepts I talk about are progressive overload, relative strength, grip strength, flexibility, mobility, myofascial release and more!

As a beginner to calisthenics, it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the information out there and exciting skills to pursue, so simple concepts like this are often overlooked. I also see a lot of people chasing "gains" and eating frequently in a caloric surplus, which - in my experience - will only work against you if done too often.
