DIY The new Miraculous Ladybug | How to make GOAT Miraculous Hair Clips

Hello guys!! It has been a while since a new Miraculous, I have read your comments and the Goat Miraculous is the most requested.
The Goat Miraculous is a pair of hair clips that, whenever Ziggy inhabits them, transforms the wearer into a goat-themed superhero.

It is currently being stored in the Miracle Box.
Appearance
The Goat Miraculous has two flat pieces. When Ziggy inhabits them, each piece is black with gray edges and details, are spiralled, and they look like goat or ram horns.

When in camouflage mode, the hair clips appear as a set of white clip-on hair bows when worn by Marinette. When worn by Chloé Bourgeois it appears as a set of silver studded hair clips
