Taiwanese Lettuce A-Choy Stir Fry | (A菜) A cài

Taiwanese A-Choy is a very popular leafy green vegetable in Taiwan and it's often served blanched or in a garlic stir-fry. If you haven't had it before, it's one of my 3 favorite Asian vegetables for cooking in a stir fry. This dish can be made in under 10 minutes (prep & cook time).
