HAVE SOMETHING DONE | Common mistakes in English

What does it mean in English to HAVE SOMETHING DONE? You've probably heard this before but not really understood this expression. For example, we don't say "I cut my hair" because normally another person does this for you, right? You don't do it yourself! So, you say: "I had my hair cut" or you could also say "I got my hair cut". They both mean the same thing. It's such a useful expression in English. I'll explain HAVE SOMETHING DONE more clearly with examples in this video lesson.
