The european championship 2015 was an incredible tournament with lots of surprises.

In poule A the dutch defeated Germany in an very interesting match. Coach vital Heynen was accused to lose with purpose so they won't face Poland in the quarterfinal. In poule B World league winner France became group leader and Italy and Estonia also qualified for the next round. In poule C world champion Poland became the group winner and Belgium became second. Slovenia won only one match but this wasn't their last match. In poule D were no surprises Russia was the winner of the poule and Serbia took the second place. Finland qualified as last one in poule D.

In the playoff round were already some suprises. Andrea Giani's Slovenia beat in fast match easily the Netherlands. Als serbia managed to win 2 sets against Serbia with superstar Alexander Atanasijevic. But Serbia won the last set so they qualified for the next round at the european championship 2015. In the last match in the playoff round Germany won with 3-0 against Belgium.

The quarterfinals had the biggest suprises of the last great championships. France beat Serbia with 3-0 against zero. Earvin Ngapeth was on fire and in the movie at 1:58 you see some incredible saves by Ngapeth. In the match Poland Slovenia. Slovenia made a big suprise. Poland could not with win from Slovenian players with Urnaut and Gasparini on fire. Slovenia beat Poland with 2 against 3. In the other quarterfinal Italy defeated the big Russians with 3 against 0. Italy has a lot of spiking power with Ivan Zaytsev and the jump serve hero Osmany Juantorena. In the last quarterfinal host Bulgaria defeated Germany with 3-0. This was very satisfying for a lot of volleyball fans.

In the semifinals host bulgaria couldnt win against the france team. The france didn't play the best volleyball but they survived the semifinals. In the other semifinals Slovenia surprised again. They defeated the Italian squad with 3-1. The great tactics of Giani worked and Zaytsev and Juantorena couldnt play their favorite game.

Slovenia couldn't make an other suprise in the final. Anthounin Rouzier and Earvin Ngapeth were on fire and they defeated Slovenia in an very interesting match with 3-0. The last point was a no look smash bij (off course) Ngapeth. Anthonin Rouzier became the MVP of the tournament and Urnaut the best spiker.
