This video explains the reasons why young athletes and ATP & WTA tennis players, can get lower back injuries, and shows a few of many stretches and exercises that will start the process to avoid lower back injuries, and lower back pain. There are a lot more stretches and variations of these stretches and exercises, but this is a good start to stop lower back injuries (lower back pain) at an early age from happening.
