Great little non-reactive lightweight strainer
I bought this nylon strainer to strain lemon curd as the acid in the lemon juice can react with metal mesh. It comes in very handy to strain my homemade cold brew as well. [I add a paper filter for extra filtering. Shown here on a 2-quart saucepan.] This strainer would also work well as a flour sifter if you have limited cupboard space and want to avoid buying yet another kitchen tool. The ears clip nicely over the side of the bowl or pan so there's no aggravating slippage.
