Historic Milestone: APCOB’s ₹200-Crore Iconic 17-Story Building coming up in Amaravati! 🏢✨

Andhra Pradesh's capital, Amaravati, is all set to welcome another architectural marvel! The Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank (APCOB) is constructing an iconic G+17 story administrative building in Lingayapalem with an investment of ₹200 crores. Out of the total budget, ₹87 crores is allocated for the core building construction, while ₹113 crores will be spent on state-of-the-art interiors and high-end modern amenities.

Spanning over 2.09 lakh square feet on a 0.495-acre plot allocated by AP CRDA, the building features an extraordinary design shaped to reflect the letters "A-P-C-O-B". This high-tech workspace will house the bank's main corporate administration, advanced IT wings, and executive chambers for the Chairman and Managing Director, capped off with a helipad on the top floor. The project execution has been handed over to APIIC, with top-tier technical and structural assistance from IIT Hyderabad and the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Vijayawada.
