Which honestly feels slightly absurd because somewhere along the way our lives turned into:

“Hey… what if we built frameworks for things nobody seems to operationalize properly?” 🤣

This newest book:
SME: A Methodology for How We Work

…dives into something we kept noticing everywhere:

The gap between:

- stated values
and
- operational behavior

Not because people are automatically bad actors…
…but because systems drift.

Quietly.
Incrementally.
Procedurally.

A rushed shortcut here.
A justified compromise there.
An urgency culture that slowly becomes “normal.”

Then one day everyone wakes up inside a structure nobody intentionally designed.

That became the core question:
How do you build systems that resist drift instead of accidentally rewarding it?

So SME became less of a “motivational book” and more of:

- a structural methodology
- a diagnostic framework
- a protocol system
- an anti-chaos operating layer 🤣😎

The funniest part?

Our process at this point is basically:
