ComfyUI Pose Hack: Steal ANY Pose using Qwen-VL & Z-Image (No VNCCS)

VNCCS ComfyUI gives you total control over AI characters. I share a brilliant hack to skip 3D posing entirely and steal any pose directly from a photograph.

The "Pose Steal" Hack (Qwen-VL): To copy a pose perfectly, skip the 3D dummy. Enable Camera 2 and upload your reference photo. You must use the Qwen-VL node created by aistudynow. Go to the settings and select the "prompt body posture" preset. This automatically writes a perfect text prompt so the AI understands the exact body position without you typing anything.

The Mandatory LoRA Secret: To make this hack work, you must have the VNCCS PoseStudio V5 LoRA saved in your folder. Make sure you enable it! If you turn it off, the trick breaks and you will get completely random backgrounds. Keep it on to lock the structure.

Fixing Plastic Skin & Missing Body Parts: If your output looks like a shiny plastic mannequin, use the VNCCS Qwen Detailer group. Select the face_yolov8 detector to enhance the face instantly. If your reference photo is missing legs, just add "woman wearing jeans" to your prompt. The AI will auto-detect the missing parts and build the rest of the body perfectly.
The 3D Studio "Yellow Dot" Trick: Want to build a custom pose from scratch? Turn on Camera 1. Click the tiny yellow dot on any joint. Colored 3D circles will pop up. Just grab a circle and drag your mouse to bend the arm or leg exactly where you want it.
