The Painted Porch Strategies Team continues our exploration in how to level up our ability to talk to and understand strangers through Malcolm Gladwell's "Talking to Strangers".

In Part 3: Transparency, the team discusses how difficult it can be to interpret ACTUAL thought or emotions when reading someone's face or behaviors. What we THINK someone is implying or expressing through non-verbal cues may NOT be the same as what they are actually thinking or expressing. Not everything or everyone is as transparently expressive as we may assume.
