Welcome back to the final episode in our live, GEM© Clinic Full Face Filler case study for Zoe, 49

In the first two episodes, Dr Max Greenfield - Harley Academy's Head of Clinical Training - administered deeper level filler treatments, restoring volume and providing sound structural support, then addressed skin laxity with a biostimulator

Here, he moves on to what he calls "the icing on the cake" - some finishing touches to help Zoe achieve her facial rejuvenation goals. Her main concerns were jowls, general volume loss and signs of ageing

In this episode, Dr Max rolls out the remainder of her bespoke treatment plan, which includes:

💎 Nasolabial fold filler with a cannula (22G), building on his previous treatment of the pyriform fossa
💎 Treating the perioral lines with a two-part approach including subcision
💎 Lip filler using a micro bolus, compartment-respecting technique with a needle
💎 Treating the labiomental crease and some subcision to create a more youthful appearance in the chin region
💎 Using filler to treat the labiomandibular fold region to address jowling concerns and blend the chin with the rest of the jawline
