Ubi caritas - Maurice Duruflé - Brass Quintet

"Ubi caritas" is a hymn of the Western Church. Very little adaptation was needed to perform Maurice Duruflé's beautiful choral setting (1960) here on brass.

"The Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est."
Where charity and love are, God is there.

Instrumentation: 2 trumpets, flugelhorn, trombone and tuba. In the video I play the tuba part on my flugel down two octaves.
