Relax and Rejuvenate Through Forest Bathing in a German Forest

Forest bathing is a kind of mindfulness practice which was developed in Japan in the 1980s to counter the high stress experienced by workers in high tech environments. The practice involves getting out into nature and walking very slowly while really taking in your surroundings in minute detail. Observing the shape of a leaf, the behaviour of an insect, the colour of a flower, the smell of the air while also being fully aware of your sense of self are central to the practice of Shinrin-Yoku.

Allow me take you into the forest and through me feel what I feel, see what I see and in so doing, slow down, clear your mind and re-energise.
