Rice Water For Extreme Hair Growth | Tested

Can rice water break hair growth standards or is it just the perfect myth for raking up clicks?
Today, I'm testing rice water for extreme hair growth. Lots of people online claim that rice water rinsing not only turns your hair shiny, soft and beautiful but also super long – extremely fast. How fast? 1-3 inches per week.

These claims are a little too wild, understanding that on average, hair grows about half an inch or one inch per month if you are SUPER blessed with the right genes. It's also known that your scalp and hair does not absorb vitamins or nutrients, which is pretty much the biggest deal about rice water.
