1. Trim hair before it's needed, ask your stylist for a "dusting" to maintain length and maintain a clean closure on the ends (so they don't split and break!)
2. Explore a hair colour that you can maintain easily, taking into account cost, "wearability" with your wardrobe, and a shade that reflects your best self both literally with your skin tone and also your heart! For me, choosing to wear my hair closest to its natural colour was so much deeper than just "being" a dark brunette!
3. Find a practical routine that suits your willingness to style your hair, and splurge on the products that help you extend your look- time is money!
4. Play around in the mirror and see what looks best for you. Unfollow half of the "inspo" accounts you watch and start watching yourself to see how you can optimize your own #hair and overall beauty.
