Final MOSFET Temperature Monitoring for my EVQ Linear!

Connected a temperature monitor probe to one of the two IRFP final MOSFETS of my homebrew VU2EVQ linear amplifier. Power to the temperature probe board was paralleled to the battery power supply for the linear amplifier. Initial temperature displayed was about 29°C. It rose to about 40°C after 10 minutes SSB QSO on 40m band. SWR seen at the output of the linear amplifier was about 1.5:1 for my 40m antenna which has about 1:1 SWR for my FT-710 radio. Input of 5W was given to the linear amplifier from FT-710 and there was 1.5:1 SWR there also. ATU-100 displayed a power output around 40 W during the SSB QSO and the report received from VU2DCC was 5,9 at a distance of about 200 km, at 8.10 pm.
