There are very few times in your life when you can actually save someone's life, so I took the opportunity to help out my fellow Indians by going to Delhi's new Plasma Bank at ILBS Hosptial to donate.

I was very impressed by the facilities at the hospital and by the kind staff there. The experience was very comfortable, and I was well looked after.

After they take a small vile of your blood for processing, you wait for 1-hour while they check your blood. Then they take your Plasma which will be given to 2 patients to help their bodies fight Corona. After this, they feed you a large paneer and vegetable sandwich with coconut water. They also reimburse you ₹1500 if you drive your own car there - or pay for your taxi both way.

You can donate your Plasma by calling 1031. You must have a Positive test report and have recovered 14 days prior. A negative test is not needed as they'll test you for negative at the Bank.
