Never send a proposal. Present it. That’s how you close. #freelancetips #webdesign

Here’s one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in 10+ years of client work: you don’t send proposals – you present them. Let me explain.

When you send a proposal, you’re handing over control. You’re leaving your pricing, your value, and your strategy open to misinterpretation, sticker shock, or worse – silence.

But when you present a proposal – live on a call or in person – you’re leading the conversation. You’re walking your client through the thought process, the value, the outcomes. You’re creating a space for dialogue, for clarity, for alignment. And yes, for closing.
