[SOLVED]Bug with Stonecutting on Rimworld

[SOLVED]
Okay so the issue was completely more stupid and fully on my part

Turns out that Combat Evolved has ammo for Catapults that are the [b] Boulders [/b] and the way to make them is through a Stonecutting Bench and my dumbass had no idea.
And the reason that they disappear is that since i have ammo usage off then the game erased the item as soon its no longer being held by the pawn since those items arent meant to exist

So yeah... its kinda of a issue still since the recipe to make [b] Boulders [/b] still exist despise the fact that [b] Boulders [/b] arent meant to.
But its more of a me issue

Bug that I encountered on a recent Rimworld colony, its more than likely that whats causing the issue its another mod that I have but im not to sure which one so all the help that I can get is and will be appreciated
