Flutter AnimatedPositioned Widget Explained (Urdu/Hindi) | Flutter 215 Widgets Series

In today’s tutorial, we are going to learn Widget #17 – AnimatedPositioned in Flutter.

So, what is AnimatedPositioned and why is it so important? 🤔

Imagine you have a container or box inside your app, and you want to move it smoothly from one position to another or resize it with animation. Normally, you would need to write extra code with AnimationController or TweenAnimation. But Flutter provides a shortcut: AnimatedPositioned! 🎉

This widget allows you to change the position (top, left, right, bottom) and size (width, height) of a widget inside a Stack smoothly with just a few lines of code. Whenever the state changes, Flutter automatically animates the transition instead of making it look abrupt.

In our example project, we created a Stack with a box inside it. We wrapped that box with AnimatedPositioned and controlled its size and position with a simple boolean variable selected. When the user taps on the box, we toggle the value of selected using setState(), and Flutter automatically animates the movement and resizing of the box.
