HUGO, Ore. -- One woman is in the hospital after a rollover crash on Oxyoke Road.
The crash happened around 5:45 p.m. Monday night. When fire crews got to the 300 block of Oxyoke Road, they found the car in a ditch rolled over and noticed it had also hit a power pole.
The unrestrained adult female driver was apparently tossed around inside the car and wedged in the floorboard area on the passenger side.
To free the woman, firefighters had to use the 'Jaws of Life.'
A Mercy Flights Helicopter was initially called, but because of how quickly crews got the woman out, they decided ground transport by ambulance was the best option.
The crash is now being investigated by Law Enforcement
