Most reactions happen automatically. 🧠✨

Something stressful happens and your brain instantly jumps to:
anger, panic, shame, avoidance, overthinking.

Because the nervous system is designed to react quickly in order to protect you.

But there is a small space between what happens to you and how you respond to it.
And that space is powerful.

That pause is where reframing begins.

The moment you stop and ask yourself:
“Is this thought helping me?”
“What else could be true here?”
“How do I want to respond instead of react?”

You interrupt the automatic pattern.

Reframing does not mean controlling every emotion perfectly.
It means realizing you are not required to believe every thought immediately or react to every feeling impulsively.

A stressful moment does not automatically have to become a destructive spiral.

Sometimes growth is simply creating enough space to choose a response that aligns with who you want to become instead of what your fear immediately tells you to do.

That space between stimulus and response is where self awareness, resilience, and change are built.
