This World Environment Day, we celebrate meaningful climate action through our partnership with SankalpTaru Foundation.

Under the Rural Livelihood Support Tree Plantation Program, India Exim Bank is supporting the plantation of 60,000 trees across Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Uttarakhand—helping restore landscapes, strengthen rural livelihoods and build climate resilience.

Approximately 35,000 tonnes of CO₂ will be sequestered over the lifetime of these trees, creating lasting benefits for both communities and the environment.

Together, we are creating greener ecosystems, supporting communities, and investing in a more sustainable future.
