After cloning hard drive Windows update won't work, error-code-0xc8000247

When cloning migrating your operating system from a smaller size hard drive to a larger hard drive with a double dock to clone in one method and in the other through a server from the shop I got my refurbished PC's from.
In both methods windows worked fine until I decided to check for windows updated and it won’t let me kept saying restart PC you restart it will show same massage.
Than I notice services won’t work includes the antivirus software.
I stopped and start services and try many methods from many forums but no success.

All I needed to do was update the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and everything was fine. You should be able to find the driver on your computer manufacturing website for example for HP https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers for DELL https://www.dell.com/support/home/au/en/aubsd1 from intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/55005/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-.
