DON'T GET FOOLED on YOUR UBER TAXES!💥🚘💲

NEW VIDEO! How you can file a claim (for free) against Uber and win up to 40-X what you are owed. WATCH AS SOON AS YOU ARE DONE WITH THIS VIDEO - https://youtu.be/8IkmHMGF2fs

PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO with other drivers! Especially before April 15th every year... thanks. If you got fooled last year, you can file an "amended tax return" to get your money back.

You probably clicked on this video because you're a concerned Uber driver. My advice is three things:

#1 - Start taking screenshots of all your trips that have surge on them.

#2 - Mount a camera in your car, or at least keep a backup portable camera (GoPro, Kodak 100 Sport, etc) that you can turn on in about 2 seconds to record in an emergency. This is for when a lying passenger cancels a ride just before the drop off location and then tries to get out and run away -- very rare, but it happens. If you can prove this, then their account can be closed and you can still get paid for the trip.

Personally, I took a long break from working for Uber and switched to Lyft. Much happier. If Lyft is available in your area and you want to sign up, please use my links below to get a free mentor session with me.

As far as taxes with Uber... just remember to deduct the booking fees or "service fees" from your taxable income! Also deduct everything related to your car including repairs, new tires, insurance, car payments, oil changes... a good CPA will make sure you don't miss any thing. personally I like to use creditkarma.com to do it myself.

If you sign up using my code, I can also give you a consultation to help you get started. If you did not use the code and want a consultation, the nominal fee is $50 and it takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many questions you have. I have plenty of strategies and tips to share -- these are things you would not ordinarily think about, and ways to boost your income.

This video may be used as evidence in any court of law, against the Uber corporation. Permission given by its author.

You decide... did Uber intentionally and blatantly mislead their drivers, the driver's accountants, and even the Internal Revenue Service!?

Uber has claimed they paid drivers on the "Safe Rides" fees (later called "Booking" fees as part of their shell game). In actuality, they never did. I prove this very clearly in my video. If you're not a driver, you might not fully understand how insulting this is.

While processing my tax information in the same year, I found that Uber's greatest competitor (Lyft) did not engage in this practice. Lyft is denoted by the pink moustache logo and hip company culture, with a very "anti-corporate" feel by comparison.

Again, Uber keeps 100% of that "ride fee" money for itself, after charging the customer for it. Why is Uber doing it? Maybe they thought that millions of drivers wouldn't notice? Maybe there is a loophole? Whatever the case, I'm calling it a bad business practice and it seems to be lawsuit-worthy. Looks like an elaborate way for them to avoid paying taxes on those fees, which add up to millions of dollars of revenue each day. Hmm... maybe an investigation is needed?
