Construction has commenced for 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘 - a new multi-tenant mixed use (restaurant/retail) building coming soon to Viera. This brand-new built-to-suit retail strip center is located near the southwest corner of Stadium Parkway & Pineda Blvd - in the heart of Viera South. It will contain seven units in total (𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚) - 𝗧𝗪𝗢 end-units with 2,500 sq. ft. each with drive-thru or outdoor seating options for restaurant users and 𝗢𝗡𝗘 remaining interior unit with approximately 2,000 sq. ft. This project is a collaboration between W+J Construction and ADI Development.
