Sous Vide Chicken Thighs with Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Thighs, thawed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning Mix
3lb bag of Small Red Skinned Potatoes
1/4 cup butter

Steps:
Season thawed chicken thighs on both sides well with seasonings. Place them in a sous vide safe bag, and place in hot water bath for 2 hours at 160 hours.

After two hours, drain the au jus into a measuring cup and set aside.

Place washed potatoes and butter in roaster, and preheat to 345 degrees. When butter has melted, season the potatoes well with same seasonings, and stir well.

When the roaster is at temp, place the chicken thighs skin side down into pan, and pour the au jus over them to add that flavor.

Roast at 345 for 40 minutes. At 20 minutes, flip the thighs skin side up, and stir the potatoes again.
