Court Chilton: How can Uber and United Airlines change their culture?
How can companies in crisis change their culture? Court Chilton, Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, says that these companies often need a rapid culture change. A company needs to understand the beliefs, habits and assumptions that drive behavior and decision-making there. It requires some of the most visible leaders to model the shift in culture.
