1) At the end of the trip, rate the client
2) Instead of clicking "go online", click "I need a fare review, select cleaning fee."
3) Uber will send you an email
4) Reply to the email with a brief description, attach ALL photos of damages
5) ASAP get a cleaning bill and submit it to the same Uber email.
* You have one week from the incident to submit a bill, otherwise you lose reimbursement.
