FULL Gel Polish MANICURE feat. CND Shellac "BLUE MOON"/working on a client

Working on a real client- removing #CND LUXE "BLACK CHERRY" applied over a very thin layer of soak off gel used for support, doing a full efile manicure and applying CND Shellac "BLUE MOON" with CND Creative Play top coat (as a test).

This client is my regular client who travels and last time she came from another salon and she had soak off gel on but the color came off revealing a base that looked super thin and still shiny and didn't soak off, some of her nails appeared thin and overfiled, especially on the second hand ring finger and pinky. So on some nails you will still see shiny base because I didn't think it was necessary to file it off considering the condition of her nails.

In the previous manicure I applied 2 coats of thin soak off gel for support before I applied Shellac LUXE.

Please note how well and almost chalky the CND LUXE is filing!

I decided to try CND Creative Play Top Coat and I'm not sure if I like the application of this top coat over regular Shellac. It seemed to go on kind of "slippery" and it looked like it was "bulging" on the free edge (UPDATE- THAT TOP COAT IS NOT RECOMMENDED OVER CND SHELLAC)
