I couldn't exactly quantify how many hours, but it's probably close to 2000 hours as Canada alone in Hearts of Iron IV. There are a lot of ways to do this but some key takeaways are:

- Destroyers can't reach Cuba alone, docking rights with Venezuela helps; when in doubt - use a Cruiser!
- The UK will offer light tanks for trade if you should need them, so take advantage of this.
- Use the Commonwealth tech bonuses to get an early footing, then the spy agency to help fill late gaps.
