A Meditation on A Spacious Open Heart, with Dr. Rick Hanson

When your mind is busy, pulled in a dozen directions, or quietly tense beneath the surface, it can be hard to simply be—to feel at home in yourself. This meditation is an invitation to come back: back to your body, back to the present moment, back to a sense of ease and wholeness.
