China Sends SHOCKWAVES To US On Hormuz Blockade: 'Leave Iran OR ELSE...'

China's Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun has issued a blunt public warning as tensions rise over the Strait of Hormuz, saying Chinese commercial and naval traffic continues to pass through the strait without disruption and that Beijing will respect and honor its long-standing trade and energy agreements with Iran. Dong cautioned other nations not to meddle in China's external relations, language analysts read as a pointed response to Western pressure campaigns and sanctions. The warning came as Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that the U.S. Navy would immediately begin blockading the Strait of Hormuz after the collapse of U.S.-Iran talks in Islamabad. Separately, according to a CNN report citing three people familiar with the intelligence assessments, Beijing is expected to deliver new air defense systems to Iran within the next few weeks, with indications that the shipments may be routed through third countries. U.S. sources said the systems include shoulder-fired MANPADS. Iran reportedly downed a U.S. F-15 using a handheld heat-seeking missile, and Trump confirmed the jet shot down over Iran was hit by a handheld shoulder missile. It remains unclear whether the system used was Chinese-made. A spokesperson for the Chinese embassy in Washington said China has never provided weapons to any party to the conflict and called the information untrue. Iran has maintained established military and economic ties with both China and Russia.
