Trump’s FDA Commissioner Out, Passengers Back in US Are Monitored for Hantavirus, Moms.gov Launched

Here’s what happened in health care this week:

— President Trump’s FDA commissioner Marty Makary is out of a job.

— Americans who were on that cruise ship with the hantavirus outbreak are back in the country and being monitored. That includes one passenger who tested positive.

— The Trump administration launched a new website called moms.gov to offer guidance and information for mothers. The site contains a prominent link to crisis pregnancy centers, which try to persuade people with unplanned pregnancies not to get abortions.
