🎯 Scenario:
Whenever an Account Rating is upgraded (for example: Cold → Warm, Warm → Hot, or Cold → Hot), the system should:

Capture the Rating Upgrade Date

Store the Previous Rating Value

If the Rating is downgraded or remains the same, the record should save normally without any tracking updates.
