1/3 cup yellow onion, diced
2-3 scallions, chopped
1 large clove garlic
1" knob garlic, minced
2 - 3 tsp soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
black pepper to taste
PEACH SMOOTHIE
1.5 cups plant based milk of choice
1 frozen banana (im using 3 namwah bananas)
1 cup frozen or fresh peaches
3-4 pieces frozen jackfruit
1/4 cup frozen passionfruit
1 date, pitted
optional:
