Brennan Clost is a rising Canadian actor and dancer with undeniable talent and poise.
Clost first gained recognition for his leading role as ‘Daniel’ in the popular scripted drama series, THE NEXT STEP. He stars in the highly seductive drama from Netflix, TINY PRETTY THINGS, adapted from the hit novel of the same name. Clost brings life to ‘Shane’, a dancer who grew up tormented for his love of the craft and is his family’s greatest hope.
In addition to his thriving acting career, Clost has been dancing competitively since the age of seven. He defied the odds to become one of twelve male dancers accepted to Juilliard out of hundreds of applicants and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2016.
He is an outspoken advocate for the LGBT rights and representation. Having experienced his own struggles growing up as a male dancer, he is also very passionate and involved in anti-bullying initiatives, giving “Ted Talks” at local Elementary schools to encourage and support others.
He currently resides in Toronto with his two cats, Pippa and Lancelot.
