Leche Condensada. Como hacer leche condensada con leche en polvo o leche liquida. Leche condensada fácil, usando 2 y 3 Ingredientes. Una receta de leche condensada muy básica que espero te ayude.

⏩Ingredientes para la Leche Condensada :

Con leche liquida (Rinde 395 gr):
1 Litro de Leche.
210 gr de Azúcar (1 Taza + 1 Cda).

Con leche en polvo(Rinde 355 gr):
120 gr de Azúcar ( 1/2 Taza + 2 Cdas).
120 ml de Agua (1/2 Taza).
150 gr de Leche en Polvo (1 1/2 Taza).
1/4 Cdta de Esencia de Vainilla (Opcional).

⏩Tips y recomendaciones:

2. Si usaras leche en Polvo, ve añadiendo a la licuadora en partes, así te aseguras de que se vaya integrando bien y ademas iras notando como cambia la consistencia, no debe quedarte tan espesa, recuerda que aun la meterás al refrigerador en donde espesara aun mas.
3.Si la preparas con Leche liquida obtendrás de 395 a 400 gr de Leche condensada, el sabor, color y consistencia quedara muy parecida a la que venden en lata. Si la preparas con leche en polvo obtendrás 355 gr, la consistencia es muy parecida a la que venden en lata, es un poquito mas clarita y el sabor cambia un poco debido al uso de la leche en polvo, pero es muy buena y practica.

How to make condensed milk. Two Versions of Condensed milk using 2 and 3 Ingredientes. A Basic recipe that will help you if you cant finde in Supermarket.

⏩Ingredients for condensed Milk:

Using Liquid Milk (For 395 to 400 gr of Condensed Milk):
1 Liter of Milk.
210 gr of Sugar (1 Cup + 1 Tbsp).

Using Milk powder (For 355 gr of Condensed Milk):
120 gr of Sugar (1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp)
120 ml of Water(1/2 Cup).
150 gr of Milk Powder (1 1/2 Cup).
1/4 tsp of Vanilla Essence (Optional).

⏩Tips and recommendations:

2. If you will use milk powder, add in parts to blender, to make sure is well combined and to check the consistency.You should get not too thick consistency, because after you will save in refrigerator and it will help to make it more thick.
3.If you prepare it with Liquid Milk, you will get from 395 to 400 gr of Condensed milk. Flavor, color and consistency will be very similar to the one you get in supermarkets. If you prepare it using Milk powder you will get 355 gr of Condensed Milk. Consistency will be very similar to the one in a Can, but the color is little bit more light and flavor changes a bit because of the Milk powder. Is also very good and it will help you if you are in a hurry.
