The body has trillions of cells
New cells are produced constantly
Old cells die constantly
Balance between production and death

Ageing Process Starts:
For some people, 27 to 28 years
For some people, 30 to 35 years
The process begins differently for everyone

What Happens During Ageing:
New cells produced less
Old cells die more
Ratio becomes unfavorable
That's when you age
That's when you die eventually

Exercise improves the cell ratio
Better new cell production
Lower old cell death
Ratio is much better maintained
